Hi, I was always getting in my machine the install error:

InstallShield Wizard
---------------------------
could not utilize start class: com.installshield.wizard.Wizard
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------


I have solved it this way:
-Uninstalled sun jdk 1.6
-Installed sun jdk 1.5.11
-Restarted computer
